3-D Foundation
The 3-D Foundation is a not-for-profit organization, founded by New York-based artist Madeleine Paternot and Verbier-based sculptor Kiki Thompson. Its mission is to promote contemporary art and culture, to focus on nature and community and to provide educational workshops. The curatorial premise for the 2011 edition of Verbier 3-D is set by Paul Goodwin, in his capacity as an independent curator. All sculptures in the Verbier 3-D Sculpture Park are for sale.
Verbier 3-D Sculpture Park
The Verbier 3-D Sculpture Park is located on the track between Les Ruinettes and La Chaux lift stations. To get there, take the telecabine from Medran or Le Châble to Ruinettes and then take the La Chaux Express to the bottom of La Chaux. The track is a gentle 3 kilometer walk which finishes at Les Ruinettes. In winter there are dogsleds available from Ruinettes.

La Fondation 3-D
La Fondation 3-D est une organisation à but non lucratif fondée par l’artiste Suisse-Américaine Madeleine Paternot et la sculptrice Anglo-Suisse Kiki Thompson basée à Verbier. Sa mission est de promouvoir l’art contemporain et la culture en se focalisant sur la nature et la communauté. La Fondation propose par ailleurs des ateliers éducatifs pour les écoliers de la région. En tant que commissaire d’exposition indépendant, Paul Goodwin partage sa vision et donne les lignes artistiques de l’édition 2011 de Verbier 3-D. Toutes les sculptures dans le Verbier 3-D Parc de Sculpture sont à vendre.
Le Verbier 3-D Parc de Sculpture
Le Verbier 3-D Parc de Sculpture se situ sur le chemin entre Les Ruinettes et La Chaux. Pour y arriver, prenez le télécabine du Châble ou Médran jusqu’aux Ruinettes. Depuis les Ruinettes prenez le télécabine de La Chaux Express jusqu’en bas de La Chaux. Le chemin est un promenade de 3 kilomètres qui se termine aux Ruinettes. En hiver il y a des chien de traineau disponible pour visiter le parc.
